RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Semmi Shoes customers get 30 days after their order date to return shoes in their original condition. Items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original state, and in the same packaging with all package inserts to be eligible for a complete refund.

We ask that you kindly try on your shoes in a clean environment with clean feet. If they do not fit or do not meet your expectations, re-insert the foam inserts and repackage the shoes in the same way they arrived.

For domestic orders, a return label will be sent to you for free. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping costs. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Your refund will be accepted or not, depending on the quality of the returned shoes. 

Refund charges will be sent directly to your original payment method through our system. This usually takes 3-5 days to occur.

If you are doing an exchange, we will send a new pair out to you asap.
