Returns/Exchanges

Semmi Shoes customers get 60 days to return shoes in their original condition. Items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original state, and in the same packaging with all package inserts to be eligible for a complete refund.

We ask that you kindly try on your shoes one time in a clean environment with clean feet. If they do not fit or they do not meet your expectations, re-insert the foam inserts into the shoe and repackage the shoes in the same way they arrived.

For domestic orders, a return label will be sent to you for free. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping costs. 

Refunds

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, it will be inspected for wear. 

When we are done inspection, your refund will be accepted or not, depending on the quality of the product returned and the full return of all packaged items as they were sent out. 

Refunds charges will be sent directly to your credit/debit card through our payment system. Complete refund usually takes 3-7 days to hit your bank account.

Not the right size? Want a different color or model? No problem. Email us at assist@semmishoes.com, or follow the link below.

Purchases delivered to the USA will get free return delivery. Email us and we'll send you a return shipping label to stick right on the package. 

Purchases delivered internationally will have to pay for return shipping and for shipping of your new pair. Email us and we will tell you where and how to ship your package back to us.
